Anna Nicole Smith's Shrink Booked on Drug Charges

And the shrink makes three.
Anna Nicole Smith's former psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, turned herself in to the Van Nuys Police Department at 10:30 today, E! News confirms. She was booked in the suburban Los Angeles jail at 11:11 and released shortly thereafter on $20,000 bail.
The shrink, along with attorney Howard K. Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, was charged with felony conspiracy to furnish drugs to Smith and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict. Stern and Kapoor turned themselves in to the authorities Thursday evening and were released on $20,000 bail as well.
"These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose," California Attorney General Jerry Brown said last week. "There is ample evidence that Dr. Eroshevich and Dr. Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith."
All 11 medications found in Smith's hotel room following the accidental overdose that killed her in 2007 were prescribed by Eroshevich—eight in Stern's name, two for "Alex Katz" and one for the doc herself.
Eroshevich's attorney said last week that the doctor was merely writing prescriptions under aliases to protect Smith's privacy.
Stern's attorney, meanwhile, issued a statement over the weekend claiming her client will "ultimately be exonerated."
