Yesterday, as a way of celebrating Mother's Day, Heidi Montag and her lesser half, Spencer Pratt, "surprised" Heidi's mom, Darlene, with a bouquet of roses and a card bigger than their two egos combined.
Though a second look at the picture does seem to imply the elder Montag might have been more than happy to play along with this sorry charade.
It looks like pathetic doesn't fall very far from the family tree.
