There are a few essentials you need to really be considered Beverly Hills royalty. Here is the second part of what I believe are the essentials to wearing that crown.

Get Me Bodied!

No matter where you are in the county of Los Angeles, you gotta serve body! But in Beverly Hills, the women here take body to a whole new level! Kyle Richards, Gwyneth Paltrow, Madonna and Beyoncé frequent the ever-popular and celeb-a-fied hot spot SoulCycle. One class will put you back $25—and some of your favorite Beverly Hills favorites go twice a day! You do the math.

Other celebs and uber-rich-Angelinos flock to world famous personal trainer Gunnar Peterson. Hailed as one of the greatest personal trainers by Vogue, Vanity Fair and Self magazine, Gunnar can be seen working his magic on E!'s Revenge Body. I'm too scared to tell you what a session with him will cost you…but if you ever run into Kim Kardashian, Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Lopez, you can ask them yourselves!

For myself, I love having a Beverly Hills body, but I get it on a budget! I see Josh Brown at Mansion fitness in person once a week and do his online program for the rest. Now, if I need to be red carpet ready (or just super in shape for the premiere of my new talk show Daily Pop, debuting May 1 at noon –**shameless plug**), I get on his low carb, high protein meal plan. A House Is Not a Home…Unless It's Behind a Gate

Have you ever heard the saying, "Home is where the heart is?" Well, in Beverly Hills, you better have the heart of a whale because the homes here are insane! We're talking square footage comparable to Buckingham Palace, imported marble that can send three kids to Harvard and mortgages that would make your checkbook go to therapy! And some of your favorite ladies don't have one home, they have multiple.

Camille Grammer, for instance, invited audiences into her and Kelsey Grammer's $13 million, 6,700-square-foot Malibu private palace that sits on 4.75 acres! But she didn't stop there…she then gave us a glimpse at her 8,500-square-foot waterfront hideaway in Lanai! I guess "keeping up with the Jones'" just turned into "Keeping up with the Housewives!"

Now that's what I call Beverly Hills royalty.

Who Is on the Guest List?

It's not about who you are in this town; it's about who you know! So, to truly be Beverly Hills royalty, you have to stack the deck with a few aces...or at least a few celebrity friends! Lisa Vanderpump made headlines when she was spotted leaving her West Hollywood eatery holding hands with Lady Gaga in 2015! (Talk about a pair of queens!)

Or how about the fact that Dorit Kemsley's roommate is none other than Boy freakin' George? In terms of "star power," I'm going to call that a full house. But no one can beat the hand of Kyle Richards! Not only does she have a bevy of famous friends from her years as an actress, but the woman is related to the person who personified celebrity in the 21st century: Paris Hilton! Blood is thicker than water, isn't it? ROYAL FLUSH!

There Is No "I" in Team...But There Is in "Mine"

To really be true Beverly Hills royalty, it would take a village! You gotta have an entourage fit for a queen…or at least a Housewife! Erika Girardi might as well be Marie Antoinette of the "B-H" because she takes the cake when it comes to an entourage. Behind the "enigma wrapped in a riddle—and cash" are a few top Hollywood players.

Mikey Minden, the creative director behind Erika Jayne, has worked with Britney Spears, The Pussycat Dolls, Carmen Elektra, Usher and Pink, just to name a few. Along with Minden, there is Jack Ketsoyan, Erika's publicist, who's ranked high among Hollywood's elite representatives. Along with Girardi, Ketsoyan reps clients Kristin Cavallari, Ali Landry and Nick Carter… as well as adding author to his repertoire when his highly anticipated book, Blind Item, hits shelves on June 6.
