How Real Housewives of Orange County's Meghan King Edmonds Achieved Her Killer Post-Baby Body

Reality star credits fitness and breastfeeding as her main go-to's

Meghan King Edmonds is one hot mama! 

The Real Housewives of Orange County star welcomed her little girl Aspen last November, and now nearly five months later, she's sharing how her enviable physique snapped back so quickly.

Early on in her weight loss journey, Meghan credited breastfeeding for helping her shed 25 pounds, also admitting that she had 12 more pounds to go until reaching her goal weight. Then on Wednesday, Edmonds flaunted her post-baby body with a gym selfie shared to Instagram, posing alongside personal trainer and workout guru Nancy Anderson

"A lot of people have asked me how I got my body back after having Aspen - well this is it: combined with breastfeeding, it was also important for me to consult someone who not only talks the talk, but walks the walks - @nancyandersonfit!" Meghan wrote.

The Bravo reality star enlisted Anderson to help her design "effective nutrition and workout programs," and in just 30 days, Edmonds said the regimen jump started her weight loss and left her "feeling great."

In addition to working up a sweat in the gym, Meghan has shared photos of herself taking strolls with hubby Jim Edmonds and hitting hiking trails with her gal pals. 

And speaking of her inner circle, Meghan has been spending time with her RHOC co-stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador as season 12 of the reality series prepares to premiere. 

One thing's for sure, and it's that motherhood looks fabulous on Meghan!
