Tina Knowles' enthusiasm for fitness may just be the best thing we never had, until now.

As millions of Americans begin planning their New Year's resolutions, one popular wish will always be to "workout more." But who can we look up to for a little motivation and inspiration?

While Beyoncé rightfully deserves plenty of love and recognition for her talents, we can't help but acknowledge something pretty impressive going down on her mother's Instagram feed.

Put your hands up if you are loving Tina's fitness routine.

With help from health and fitness experts Patrick Goudeau and Jeanette Jenkins, Tina has been breaking a sweat inside her home for the past few weeks and followers can't help but feel inspired.

Whether participating in push-ups, ankle weights or those "damn rubber bands on my legs," Tina is working hard day after day to feel her best. And yes, her husband is more than a cheerleader.

"My baby (Richard) in the background ‘motivatin' that's our word for motivating," she shared on Instagram while sharing a video from her workout. "Patrick and Jeanette are getting carried away with those ankle weights!"

She added, "Tuesday morning workout with @MsJeanetteJenkins This weight stuff tho! It pisses me off!"

What doesn't make this hard worker angry is the fitness gear she proudly sports. Whether wearing her daughter's Ivy Park line or sneakers from Saint Heron Puma, we didn't know you could look so fabulous lifting weights.

To top it all off, Tina still isn't afraid to enjoy some tasty food in between workouts.

While she had a table of fresh fruit and cheese at Solange Knowles' recent birthday party, she wasn't afraid to enjoy some fried shrimp, wings and fish during a recent getaway. After all, it's everything in moderation.
