Watch: How "The Walking Dead" Actors Said Goodbye on Premiere

Still reeling from The Walking Dead's midseason finale on Sunday night? We're here to offer up some hope.

While the season seven midseason finale delivered even more deaths, it still managed to end on a slightly hopeful note. And now, the first key-art for the second half of the season is also providing us a little solace as the wait for the AMC zombie's hit return on Feb. 12 begins.

In the poster, Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and the rest of the gang (even Carol!) are standing together in front of the words "Rise Up." (In blood red, no less!)

We can only hope this means they will all unite to take down Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), aka one of the worst TV villains to ever villain in the history of villainry.

This poster, along with the midseason finale's final scene, which found most of our team assembling at The Hilltop to tell Maggie they were ready fight, is definitely a light at the end of a long, dark tunnel for fans of the show, who had to process a slew of huge deaths this season. In the premiere, we were dealt the devastating losses of Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz), while the finale saw the deaths of Spencer (Austin Nichols) and Olivia (Ann Mahoney). (OK, so the latter weren't exactly as sad as the former. Sorry, we're not sorry!)

Fingers crossed this Alexandria-Hilltop-Kingdom mega-team is just what we need to end Negan's reign of handsomeness terror.
