Kanye West's performance schedule has changed once again.

The "Stronger" rapper has canceled his concert planned for Sunday evening in Los Angeles, the venue confirmed on Twitter.

"Tonight's show has been cancelled," The Forum shared on social media three hours before showtime. "Refunds at point of purchase."

An event listing on Ticketmaster also confirmed the show was canceled before its scheduled start time of 8 p.m.

The announcement comes after the outspoken rapper surprised 13,000 fans in Sacramento Saturday night by leaving the stage after only 30 minutes. He also delivered an unexpected rant about Beyoncé, Jay Z, politics and the radio industry.

"We are all great people," Kanye explained onstage. "We are all equal. But sometimes, we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win. F--k winning! F--k looking cool! F--k looking cool! F--k being cool! F--k all that!"

He added, "I've been sitting here to give ya'll my truth even at the risk of my own life. Even at the risk of my own success, my own career. I've been sitting here to give ya'll the truth!"

Los Angeles concertgoers may remember that tonight's scheduled performance was supposed to be a makeup-show for fans who attended the rapper's concert on Nov. 3. That show was cut short due to vocal issues.

"My voice is so hoarse," Kanye told the crowd. "I can't finish the show...I can't let y'all have a show where I can't perform for you."

He added, "I'm very sorry. I love you. I'll give everyone a refund. I'll do better next time."
