If there's one thing moms love, it's having all their kids together under the same roof.
With that in mind, perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise that Kelly Ripa was all smiles Sunday afternoon when her three children were all at the same place at the same time.
In her latest Instagram post, the LIVE! With Kelly co-host posed for a selfie with husband Mark Consuelos. And yes, their three children were on board to document the family moment.
"The band is back together! ❤❤❤❤❤," Kelly captioned the simple but oh-so-sweet photo.
Earlier this fall, both Kelly and Mark had to send their oldest son Michael Consuelos off to NYU where he would begin his freshman year. And while life is still pretty sweet with their two younger children Joaquin and Lola, there's something special about hanging out with the one who may not be home each and every day.
Just last week, Kelly was able to take time out of her busy schedule to vote for Decision 2016. As an added bonus, she was able to meet up with Michael to mark the special occasion.
"Nothing like the feeling of witnessing your child vote for the first time. Nothing," Kelly shared on social media. Mark added, "So proud of our son Michael voting for the first time today. @kellyripa passing on the tradition. Thanks for holding it all down boo. #imwithboo."
Ultimately, it's back to work on Monday for Kelly who continues to search for her next co-host on daytime TV.
Jerry O'Connell and Fred Savage have expressed interest in taking on the job. But perhaps it's high school teacher Richard Curtis who has viewers and producers alike buzzing with excitement.
After winning the LIVE! With Kelly contest to co-host, the Pennsylvania resident has received rave reviews for his two co-hosting days. Who will ultimately be offered the special gig? You have to stay tuned.
