Being a married man has changed Shia LaBeouf.

The American Honey star appeared on SiriusXM's Sway in the Morning and revealed a hidden talent: he can rap. The actor's newfound career choice may just be a pastime, but the eccentric lyrics prove he has been reflecting on his life quite a bit.

"You like it because my life is real / It's like a highlight reel / Don't like me check Twitter to see how the zeitgeist feel," he raps.

The actor, who was once touted as "the next Tom Hanks," even makes light of the comparison in his rap. Clearly, he hasn't forgotten. "I passed Tom Hanks' replacement," he says.

And for those who aren't taking his newfound music career seriously, he has a message for you. "It's a dream yes sir I'm the belle of the ball / Never thought my rhymes was eligible / Rhymes are negligible unintelligible / Now I'm exceptional unquestionable no question I'm full / My cup runneth over this s--t is going viral.

"Yep, I'm taking over better than I've been / Alert alert sober," he continues.

LaBeouf, who recently opened up about his past transgressions, acknowledges his past mistakes and his brutal honestly. "Whenever the truth's required I'm hired / I'm the go-to guy for fired," he raps.
