Out with the old, in with the new!

Miranda Lambert recently listed the 11,000 square-foot Tennessee mansion she once shared with ex Blake Shelton, E! News confirms. When the country singers went their separate ways in July 2015, a divorce settlement awarded the massive Nashville homestead to Lambert while Shelton keep the duo's sprawling Oklahoma ranch.

According to Variety, who was first to report the real estate news, one potential buyer has already made an offer on the listing, which boasts an asking price just under $2.6 million. The former lovebirds reportedly purchased the property in 2013 for $2.26 million.
