Spike TVYes, Lupita Nyong'o, yes!
The Oscar-winning actress is going to heat things up on Lip Sync Battle with her performance of Enrique Iglesias' "Bailando" featuring Gente de Zona.
Nyong'o kicked off the episode sporting a flower-printed, flowy dress with as she danced her way through the song. Also, serious props to her because she knew the words to Iglesias' 2014 chart-topping hit.
Latin music has a special place in the actress' heart because she was born in Mexico to Kenyan parents. She holds dual Kenyan and Mexican citizenship and identifies as a Kenyan-Mexican.
"I was born in Mexico because my father was teaching at a school in Mexico City," the 30-year-old actress explained in Spanish during an interview with CNN en Español. "I was born during the third year he was there. And when I was 16, I returned to Mexico to learn Spanish. I lived in Taxco, Guerrero and attended the UNAM, the Education Center for Foreigners. [I] lived there for seven months, and I loved it."
The star will battle actress Regina Hall who will transform into The Weeknd for her performance of "Earned It."
