On Halloween, there are bound to be a few duplicates.
Even Hollywood isn't immune to the repetition come Oct. 31. A handful of celebrities had the same idea in mind when they picked their costumes, particularly in a year packed with notable pop culture moments, a political election approaching its grand finale and social media in full swing.
Whether it was Suicide Squad's pigtailed Harley Quinn or a tan Donald Trump, stars spared little expense to resemble the year's most notable characters.
Still, there were a handful of repeats, including Eggo waffle-wielding Eleven from Stranger Things and Alexander Hamilton, one of America's founding fathers and the central figure of Broadway's Hamilton.
We've rounded up all of Tinseltown's Halloween repeats—which renditions are your favorite?
Harley Quinn
Kelly Ripa, Jersey Shore's JWoww and Abigail Breslin were all such fans of the super villain, they sported her signature pigtails and blue and red jacket.
The Joker
No Harley Quinn getup would be complete without a Joker nearby, so Jerry O'Connell, G-Eazy and Matthew Morrison all took some notes from Jared Leto's version and donned the slicked back hair and dramatic costume makeup.
Alexander Hamilton
Since Lin-Manuel Miranda has bid his Hamilton days adieu, Ripa and Lara Spencer filled in on ABC.
Donald Trump
What kind of a political season would it be without a few Donald Trump imitators? Ripa was inspired by the traditional suit-and-tie look while Orlando Bloom opted for a cartoonish version.
Alice in Wonderland
It looks like Paris Hilton and model Kayla Rae Reid both fell down the rabbit hole and into Wonderland.
Unicorn
Jenna Dewan Tatum and Ian Ziering decided on being the colorful mythical creature, but with their own personal spins on the look.
Skeleton
It wouldn't be Halloween without a few skeletons. Kylie Jenner, Emma Roberts and Hailee Steinfeld all tried out the classic look with their own signature edge.
Eleven
Amy Schumer's boyfriend Ben Hanisch and fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni got into the Halloween spirit with bloody noses and Eggo waffles just like the viral Netflix character.
Mia Wallace
As a throwback to the '90s, Elizabeth Banks and Tamron Hall did their best Pulp Fiction impressions.
Sia
For this signature look, Ellen DeGeneres and Kelly Clarkson were nearly unrecognizable as the wigged pop star.
Ryan Lochte
After his Rio robbery scandal, the olympic athlete became another go-to costume this year. Taylor Lautner and Nina Dobrev donned his medals and silver hair to complete their Halloween looks.
