Watch: Maureen McCormick's "DWTS" Dream Comes to an End

Maureen McCormick's quest for the Mirrorball trophy on Dancing With the Stars has come to an end. The Brady Bunch star was sent home on Eras Night after receiving a 28 out for 40 for her tango with Artem Chigvintsev to Bon Jovi's "You Give Love a Bad Name." They also participated in a team dance with Ryan Lochte, Cheryl Burke, Calvin Johnson Jr., Lindsay Arnold, James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess to "The Skye Boat Song" by Raya Yarbrough.

"Nobody ever wants to go home," McCormick told E! News after she was eliminated. "Of course on this show you want to keep pushing, you want to just be able to do more dances and learn more things and hang out with all these beautiful people that are so loving and so supportive. It's such an incredible atmosphere."

However, she pointed out just how good her competition on the show was. "I was aware of my level of skill when I look at Laurie Hernandez, James…all of them," she said.

For her pro dance partner Chigvintsev, he's a little bummed they're going out after he tripped. "It's sad that his is the way we're going home," he said. "We don't even get the redemption type of performance. But it happens…everyone can make mistakes."

At least we got a dance to The Brady Bunch theme song with a cameo from Florence Henderson. And for McCormick, she overcame a fear.

"Oh my gosh, yeah, fear of dancing in public," she revealed. "Fear of dancing, period."

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC.
