It's no secret that Kim Zolciak-Biermann is open about discussing plastic surgery, and she's been very honest about what she's done herself, but does that same acceptance transfer over when it's her own children going under the knife?

The reality star was asked that question during an appearance on Hollywood Today Live earlier today, when cohost Garcelle Beauvais if she's cool with daughter Brielle getting some work done in the future.

"I think she should wait until she has children," Kim explained. "I tell her, 'You want bigger boobs? You're gonna be breastfeeding,' I'm big on breastfeeding. I breastfed all of mine. 'Then go do it, when you're done.' I feel like…she did her lips. Everybody freaked out. She's an adult. It's fine."

It's true, people did freak out over Brielle getting lip injections, and when asked why that is, Kim simply said, "Because we're honest about and because I went with her because I'm gonna take her to the best, otherwise I don't know where she would've ended up. People did freak out over that. But I feel like you should just be honest. Women should help other women."

Brielle, who was sitting off-camera during the interview, was also asked about her mother's support. "She went with me. She's known forever that it was a really big insecurity of mine, and I've talked to her about it for years and years and years, and when I became 18, she was kinda like, ‘OK, let's go. I don't want you going to some crazy person in Atlanta.'"

The protective mother of six went on a massive Snapchat rant recently in defense of her eldest daughter after Internet trolls began attacking the 19-year-old during her Instagram takeover on Bravo TV's account.

"Oh hell no, you f--kers on Bravo TV under Brielle's pictures writing comments," she kicked off the enraged Snapchat series. "You're f--king with the wrong one, honey—the wrong one."

She continued, "So you guys want to know how I've manifested this amazing life, and have an amazing husband, six healthy, beautiful children? It's because of who the f--k I am and how I treat people. And when I say it's because of who I am, it's because of who I am, my character, who I am as a person," she said. "I do what I say I'm going to do. I'm a woman of my f--king word. I'm honest. I don't have these blessings because I sit behind a computer screen and write nasty f--king comments about a 19 year old."

Kim even suggested the bullies share photos of their own daughters. "I would love for all you f--kers to post your daughters on your page so I can tell you exactly what the f--k I think about her," she added. "OK, you low-life pieces of s--t?"

Mama K don't play, y'all.
