Chris Pratt is pulling at our heartstrings once again.

No, it's not his good looks or endearing sense of humor. Rather, this time he's got us swooning over his huge heart.

The 37-year-old actor paid a visit to the Seattle Children's Hospital on Monday, sharing several photos with touching messages about the children he met there.

For example, Pratt shared the picture above with Madisen who is currently battling cancer. "What an awesome kid with such a beautiful smile," he captioned the photo. "She's a lover of art and fashion and she's going places. Thank you @seattlechildrens for the opportunity to come by and brighten some days. My heart is full."

He then added a line from Proverbs 3:27, "Don't withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it."

But Madisen wasn't the only lucky one to get a visit from Pratt. Several other children also hung out with the actor, including a young boy named Rowan.

"Rowan was Groot for Halloween and his brother was Rocket," Pratt captioned this post. "What an awesome kid. Great parents and from a great family. You're in my prayers tonight little man. Stay #strong @seattlechildrens."

Finally, the Jurassic World star made one more extra-special stop at the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit. The NICU holds a big place in his heart as his 4-year-old son, Jack, was born premature.

"Ever since Jack's premature birth, we have a special affinity for the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit)," he captioned the last picture from his visit. "Today I spent a little time with Coen and Zion, twins who were born too early only a pound and a half each."

He continued, "Thank you to the doctors and nurses at @seattlechildrens The boys are doing fine. Although they're both missing their big sis."

The hospital shared the same photo, sharing their appreciation and writing, "Coen and Zion got the most magnificent surprise. @prattprattpratt took a break from saving the west from the impossible to pay a visit to his littlest fans."
