Kim Kardashian said her peace and now she thinks it's time to put the whole feud between her and Taylor Swift to rest.

The reality star covers the latest issue of Billboard magazine and wasn't afraid to get real about the drama that developed over the summer after she released videos of Kanye West asking the singer permission to user her name in the song "Famous."

"Ugh, do we really have to talk about Taylor Swift?" she asked when the topic was brought up. "I'm so over it. If it were up to Kanye, it all would probably never have come out. He can handle it, he has no hard feelings. He doesn't even really care."

She admitted the reason she even posted the Snapchat videos of West's conversation with Swift was to defend her man.

"I just wanted to protect my husband. I saw him getting a lot of s--t," she continued. "It wasn't even about a look or anything, or to have this feud—it was like, 'OK, here's the truth.' Done. Let's all move on. I feel like I don't want to talk about her anymore."

However, it's not exactly easy for people to forget or move on from anything in Kardashian's life, considering it plays out for the world to see on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

And she wouldn't have it any other way.

In fact, when the 35-year-old was in grade school she became obsessed with the first season of MTV's The Real World. "I was like, 'Oh, my God, that's what I want to do!'" she revealed.

"It's crazy that it has come full circle—the producers of my show were the ones that created The Real World," she said, explaining why she enjoys working with the show so much. "It's the best way to tell our story our way. TV captures so many demographics. And I'm proud to have brought light to some issues."

She added, "I read an article that said when we first started it was like, 'Oh, my God, we want to be famous.' But now? It proves that we're actually normal."

But does she think her children, North and Saint, will be able to handle life in the spotlight, too?

"Both times when I was pregnant I'd literally just pray, 'I hope my baby can handle this life,'" she admitted. "I believe their souls choose us to be their parents—that they choose this life. That's my belief."
