Leonardo DiCaprio is saying goodbye to Studio City. Or his portfolio is, at least.

A 3,407-square-foot home the 41-year-old actor snatched up in 2014 for $2.05 million is now on the market for $2.395 million, the second property in as many weeks that DiCaprio is looking to unload.

Built in 1937, the ranch-style home boasts four bedrooms, three baths, a luxurious pool and open floor plan—perfect for a single family, or a single guy, looking to plant some roots in the San Fernando Valley yet still be just a quick drive away from being smack in the middle of Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, this is the second home the Oscar winner has put up for sale this month. Just last week it was announced that he had put his longtime Malibu beach house on the market for a whopping $10.95 million.

But these sought-after transactions are likely more for business than any personal upheaval. In addition to his Hollywood Hills home base of many years, he has an eco-friendly (of course) condo in New York City and a spacious getaway in Palm Springs, Calif.
