In the most 2016 move ever, a group of Hillary Clinton supporters took the selfie below to beat all selfies. The photo was taken by Barbara Kinney, a former Clinton White House photographer and current photog on Hillary's campaign. The snap, which has now gone viral, features a mass of people turning around with their front-facing cameras to take the crazy pic.
Kinney told Mashable that it was actually Hillary who suggested the crowd take the picture, and not the other way around. She snapped it after Hillary stopped by the overflow room at a recent rally in Orlando. Kinney said, "When we're working the crowds and working the lines after Clinton's speeches people just want to take selfies with her over and over." She continued, "It's kind of funny." Whatever works, you know?

Kinney tweeted, "Apparently my photo of the massive selfie has "gone viral" as someone emailed me tonight. Wow......." One Twitter user commented, "This may become the iconic photo for the entire 2016 Campaign. (All candidates, really.) Well done, however serendipitously." The pic, in which Victor Ng, photog and designer for Hillary, tweeted out before Barbara, has been retweeted over 20,00 times and liked over 22,000. Could this beat out Ellen DeGeneres and her famous Oscar selfie? By the way, those numbers do not include how many times the post has been RT'd and liked on Barbara's Twitter post either. People in the comments also touched on how "sad" the photo was, presumably hinting at how it's a tragic reflection of modern times. Hillary is pretty experienced when it comes to selfies, taking them with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, along with Katy Perry. You can never have too many.
