In a well-executed prank, Britney Spears' two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James worked together to scare the lights out of their famous mom. As seen in a video taped on the songstress' phone, the kids wait for an unsuspecting Spears to walk by them before unexpectedly screaming at her.
"We're about to scare the heck out of mom," Sean explains in front of the camera as Jayden videotapes him. "We just stole her phone."
The pop star was physically knocked to her feet by the scare, screaming "Preston!" as she fell to the floor and gripped her dress.
The cherry on top of this sundae was one of the kid's audible chuckle in the background, which made the entire scenario even more hysterical.
"My damn kids," Spears captioned the video after posting it on Instagram. While she's busy entertaining sold-out Vegas crowds with sexy routines and glitzy costumes, at the end of the day, she's an ordinary mom managing the tomfoolery of two clever kids.
In fact, while the world views her as a living musical legend, she admittedly has toned it all down since becoming a mom. "I have kids now too, so everything is on a way lower scale. I'm actually a very boring person. I don't go out. I don't really do anything," she told Flaunt magazine. "I should be Mother Mary, seriously. I think my life has done a complete 360. Things are just different now. It's a different time. It's a different era."
The new era involves family vacations, Mother's Day letters, hours of homework help and Pokémon-themed birthday parties for her kids, who are officially in the double digits.
"Big bday for my boys! Double digits whoop whoop," Spears gushed on Instagram with a photo of her two sons smiling in front of their recent birthday cakes.
