The hot doctors will see you now.

Scream Queens fans, your appointment with season two is finally here, as the Fox hit returns tomorrow, with new cast members John Stamos and Taylor Lautner checking in as TV's hottest doctors. E! News has your exclusive first look at Stamos and Lautner's doctorly debuts, and of course, their hotness is immediately noted.

In the sneak peek above, Zayday (Keke Palmer) is introduced to Dr. Brock Holt (Stamos), and Dr. Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Lautner), with the latter making it clear he's not looking to be her McDreamy. "I just want to let you know straight out, I'm not interested in having a girlfriend," he says. "I know that's tough to hear, I'm basically female Viagra."

Stamos' Dr. Holt, meanwhile, isn't shy about his good looks, revealing he was brought to the hospital by Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) after she saw his "layout in Playgirl, 10 Hottest Doctors."

Yep, we already love season two! Press play on the video above to learn more about the hot docs, including why Dr. Cascade became a doctor. Plus, we get to see Dr. Holt's darker side come out to play when he reveals he's the recipient of "the world's first complete hand transplant."

While there might not be a love blossoming between Zayday and Dr. Cascade, there will definitely be some romantic action in season two, with Stamos telling us at Comic-Con, "Right away we get into some romance on the show." (That included a nude scene with Stamos and Glen Powell, y'all!) Billie Lourd teased, "There might be. My lips are locked about the lip-locking."
