Nicole has had a tough journey with her nose.
On tonight's Botched By Nature, doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow meet with patient Nicole who was diagnosed with Wegner's granulomatosis in 2009.
After being diagnosed, Nicole's nose started collapsing and started to look "smushed." So she went to a plastic surgeon to see if her nose could be fixed.
"He decided the best route to go would be to put a silicone implant into the bridge and the tip of my nose," Nicole explains in the clip above.
Unfortunately for Nicole, three weeks after the implant was put in she got an infection. When she went back in to have a second surgery, Nicole thought they were just going to "shave" the implant "down."
But when she woke up from surgery, the doctor had taken the implant out.
"I would've almost rather died than to have him take out my implant," Nicole admits. "I did not want to go back to the nose I had."
