James Corden and Jimmy Kimmel Play "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts"

Fish smoothies, jellyfish and bull penis are just some of the items on the menu

Maybe this took place after one of Jimmy Kimmel's fasting days because Kimmel was more than ready to eat whatever was placed in front of him.

The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host appeared on The Late Late Show Thursday and played a game of "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" with host James Corden. The rules of the game are simple: answer the question asked or eat the food on the table. But there's a catch: the food isn't your average meal! Corden and Kimmel had to a choice of jellyfish, chicken feet, ghost pepper hot sauce, bull penis, 1,000-year-old egg, fish smoothie, pig blood curd and balut.

Feeling pretty daring, Kimmel grabbed the pig blood curd and ate it before Corden could ask him a question. "Did I go too fast?" Kimmel asked. "I don't know how the game works."

A shocked Corden couldn't help but stare in awe of his guest. "It's actually not bad," Kimmel added. "I shouldn't have smoked that joint before I came out here."

Corden eventually asked his first question: Which of the late-night hosts is Kimmel's least favorite? Kimmel opted to drink a shot glass full of ghost pepper hot sauce. Then it was Kimmel's turn to ask the British host a question.

"Were you as miserable doing Carpool Karaoke with Britney Spears as it looked like you were," Kimmel asked.

An embarrassed Corden couldn't help but turn a shade of maroon. "I'm very sad it looked like that," he said. "I wasn't miserable at all. It was great."

Kimmel accused the Late Late Show host of lying, as he was visibly starting to sweat and turn an even deeper shade of crimson. But having answered the question, Corden escaped having to eat any of the offerings.

Corden then asked Kimmel how much he makes per year "to the nearest million," but the food-friendly host chose to eat some bull penis instead. "I never imagined penis to be so chewy!" Kimmel commented. He then offered some to the audience, giving a piece to a person in the front row. Yum.

The back-and-forth questioning only escalated from there, so watch the video to see what else happens! (And to find out if Kimmel is getting out of hosting the Emmys Sunday).
