Watch: Kim Zolciak-Biermann Clears Up "RHOA" Return Rumors

Those rumors you may have heard about Kim Zolciak-Biermann's return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for the show's upcoming ninth season? They're just that—rumors.

The Don't Be Tardy star is hoping to quash any chatter about the possibility that you might see a peach in her hand once again, telling E! News that she has no idea where her old co-star NeNe Leakes is getting her information from.

"NeNe texted me last week and asked me, and I responded 'No.' And then two hours later, she's telling everybody I'm going to be on," Kim told us at the premiere of Oxygen's new reality series Strut in NYC.

"When you hear it from my mouth and I tell you 'No,' the answer's no," she reiterated, explaining that no one from the network has even approached her about returning to her old stomping grounds. "I've not even been asked to be on this season, so I don't now, it's weird."

NeNe got the rumor mill started last week during an appearance on People Now. When asked about her own potential return to the series (she only made occasional appearances in season eight), NeNe said, "I heard once they couldn't work their deal out with me, they went to Kim Zolciak. I'm just telling you the truth!"

"When we couldn't work the deal out on me making appearances, then they went to Kim to work the same thing, I suppose," she added. "I'm assuming she took it."

While NeNe's assumption may have been wrong wrong, would Kim consider a return if she was approached? She hasn't appeared since mid-season five, when she stormed out of a lunch with NeNe, Phaedra Parks, Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, and Porsha Williams, thought she's no stranger to the network, with the fifth season of her spin-off set to premiere on September 14.

"I mean, I would make an appearance and I adore Sheree [Whitfield,]" Kim admitted. "Sheree and I have a great time together, so I can't say never, but I definitely enjoy filming with my family."

Do you want Kim to return to RHOA or is Don't Be Tardy just where she belongs? Let us know in the comments below.

Don't Be Tardy returns for season five on Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
