You think you know squad goals? You ain't seen nothing yet.

Oxygen's newest reality series Last Squad Standing, hosted by Alesha Reneé is about to give you squad envy like you've never seen. In the new competition series, three squads of BFFs from across the country—Baltimore, Detroit, and New Jersey, to be exact—will live together, compete, and ultimately vote each other off for the hopes of taking home $100,000 and the title of "Last Squad Standing"—and E! News has your exclusive first look.

Each week, the three teams will go head-to-head-to-head in various physical challenges, but when a team loses, they must look inward and decide who among them should be on the chopping block. The members of the winning squad vote for who should stay and who's going home squad-free. The squad that makes it to the end with the most members standing takes home the grand prize and, you know, probably a few less friends.

"Outside your family, your friends are the strongest bonds in your life through thick and thin. By giving these squads a chance at a life changing prize, their friendships will be put to the ultimate test of survival through physically demanding and emotionally charged challenges," Rod Aissa, Executive Vice President of Original Programming and Development, Oxygen Media, said in a statement.

"Viewers will see how these relationships are tested, transformed and ultimately strengthened by this experience and the prize," he added. "We are excited to partner with Jeff Spangler, Robert LaPlante and the whole Lighthearted Entertainment team on this project which is sure to resonate with our viewers."

Can the squad outlast the strategy? Find out when Last Squad Standing premieres Tuesday, Nov. 1 at 9 p.m. on Oxygen.

(E! and Bravo are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
