Chris Brown is maintaining his innocence after a former beauty queen, Baylee Curran, claimed that he pulled a gun on her during a party at his home last week. "I cannot wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation," the 27-year-old R&B singer told ABC News Tuesday. "You know, because my character's been defaced and who I am as a person and my integrity...I'm glad that all my real supporters know me, and know the truth and see the truth." Brown's video message was pre-taped and aired on Good Morning America.

Brown and his attorney, Mark Geragos, said they have proof that Curran lied about what really happened. Geragos shared a text message, which read, "This freak Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend's jewelry fake…I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson. I'm going to set his Ass up." Brown's court date is set for Sept. 20. Though he was arrested and released on $250,000 bail, the singer has yet to be charged over the incident. Meanwhile, his accuser stands by her claims.

Curran shared her side of the story with E! News last Tuesday.

Shortly before 3 a.m., she said, "I went into the backyard just for a little bit, and then I came back in and there was a man selling diamond watches and necklaces." As she was admiring a diamond cross necklace, Brown's friend began yelling at her. "I did not pick it up. I did not touch it, take it, or grab it—anything to that sort. That's when Chris Brown's friend—or I don't know who that was, a guy with dreads—kind of came after me and was nudging me out saying, 'Get out! Don't touch the jewelry.' He was calling me names and that's when Chris Brown kind of went off, pulled out his gun, and said, 'Get the f--k out!...Haven't I told you guys enough?'"

The model, who told E! News she'd "hung out" with Brown "several times before, felt that he was "kind of threatening me with the gun, like if I didn't get out, he's going to shoot me with it."

Curran called 911 from Brown's home, which led to the singer's 14-hour standoff with police. After he was arrested and released from jail, Geragos tweeted that "the allegations against him are demonstrably false." Speaking to ABC News' Matt Gutman Tuesday, Geragos confirmed that cops searched Brown's home. "They went in, and said they had a description of the piece of jewelry. Not found in the house," he said. "They went in, a gun, not found in the house."

Surveillance cameras on the singer's property are also being investigated. "There's no Chris Brown waving a gun," Geragos said of the footage. "No Baylee looking at a box of jewelry."
