If your hands shake like a Polaroid picture, a fast fluid motion is not always best.

Instead, use your favorite felt-tip liner and delicately make thin dots across the lash line to create a guide. Connect the dots and smooth out the line to your desired size—it's that easy. 

For dramatic effect, wing out the liner or leave as is. Either way, you save more time connecting the dots than fixing jagged liner. Win!
