If there's one couple to admire in Hollywood, it may just be John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.

Sure, they don't post selfies every week on social media. And no, they don't walk every red carpet possible. But when the pair speaks of the other, we can't help but listen in.

Such was the case this weekend when John appeared on Sunday Today with Willie Geist where the subject of his family came up. As you likely could have guessed, The Office alum had plenty of thoughtful things to say about his leading lady.

"My wife is my hero in every single way. Truly every single day I'm blown away by her," he shared. "So I'm always looking to her for inspiration."

For those who may have forgotten, the Hollywood couple announced the arrival of their second child in July.

And as it turned out, being a parent "changed everything" about how he looked at his latest movie's message.

"I did understand my character's sort of plot a little better, being the guy on the doorstep of being a father," he explained when discussing The Hollars. "I understood my parents better. Immediately I was even more thankful for having a loving relationship with my brothers. Then you start thinking about the bigger idea of who's been here before you, and where you're headed, and continuing on."

Between a successful career and a loving family he can always count on away from any cameras, John can't help but feel grateful for all that he has.

"I am living a lottery ticket life," he proclaimed. "I don't even know if I deserved to be here. I just love that people are giving me the opportunity."
