We don't know if anything can prepare you for what you're about to read, watch and learn. The '90s, everyone's favorite effing decade for some reason, dealt us some pretty explosive nostalgia last night. Here are the required materials you need in order to continue reading this piece: Six boxes of tissues, a family pack of Gushers and a tube of body glitter smeared on your face. Blow up your inflatable chair and sit your nostalgic buns down.

Last night a miracle happened. At the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, 98 Degrees, while playing the My2K Tour, invited not one, but two ghosts of childhood past onto the stage with them. We're talking about A.J. McLean from the Backstreet Boys and freaking Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray. Like, what? Can we get an exceptionally large, '90-scented amen? Smells like Lip Smackers and Herbal Essences.

Nick Lachey, Drew Lachey, Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons got DOWN last night, blessing the human race with a collab like no other. Is your Gak-like brain falling out of your skull, yet? Can we fit any more ridiculous childhood references into this piece?

98 Degrees performed a medley of childhood songs like "Summer Girls" by LFO, "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls, Blink 182's "All the Small Things," "Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears and "Bye Bye Bye" by 'N Sync. In the fan vids, you can see A.J. and 98 Degrees raging out to BSB's "I Want it That Way." Then, Mark shows up like he's the second coming of Christ, and serenades the crowd with "Fly." Time to use those tissues we told you you'd need. Your tears of joy are covered in body glitter and dripping onto your Gushers. '90s forever, beeyotch.
