Want to live like the Gilmore Girls? Now you can take your obsession to new heights with the first-ever Gilmore Girls Fan Fest, which will take over the IRL Connecticut town that inspired Stars Hollow for one weekend in October.

From Oct. 21-23, 2016, fans will gather in Washington Depot, Conn., the town where Gilmore Girls creator Amy Sherman-Palladino visited to gather inspiration for her original pilot script. The festival, produced by a pair of super-fans, have planned a weekend that includes a tea at the inn that inspired the Dragonfly, a cake-tasting at the market, a coffee at the hardware store, a staged knit-a-thon, photo ops and more.

So far, Gilmore Girls stars Kelly Bishop (that's madam Emily Gilmore to us mere mortals), Yanic Truesdale (Michel), Jackson Douglas (Jackson), Vanessa Marano (April), Rini Bell (Lulu), Aris Alvarado (Caesar), Biff Yeager (Tom) and Ted Rooney (Morey) are scheduled to attend, and there'll be a cast panel on Saturday, Oct. 22.

"We are excited to play a role in the Gilmore Girls Fan Fest. For years, we have watched fans look for Gilmore-inspired sites in town and I think this will provide them with even more than they could hope for," Lisa Stein, President of the Washington Business Association, said in a statement announcing the festival. "Washington is full of charming character and stunning natural beauty, it's no wonder the show runner found inspiration from her visit so many years ago. What a great opportunity for us to be able to share this with others!"

For tickets, and more information on Gilmore Girls screenings, a Friday Night Dinner and a tasting of a Sookie-inspired meal, visit the fest's website.

Gilmore Girls returns with new episodes on Netflix with Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, a four-part series of 90-minute episodes dropping on Friday, Nov. 25.
