The 30-year-old Laguna Beach alum welcomed her first child with husband Sean Brown this week...a beautiful baby girl named Kensington Kelly Brown!
Sean took to Instagram to share a photo of the little cutie who "stole his heart," all wrapped up in a foot-printed blanket and already smiling for the camera.
"Kensington Kelly Brown stole my heart on 8/16/16," he captioned the sweet photo. "I love you forever. Casey you have made my life immeasurably better in every possible way. Life is good!"
Casey—the self-proclaimed cupcake queen—and Sean first announced their pregnancy in April.
"We are so excited to announce that we're having a baby!" Casey told E! News at the time. "Our sweet little angel is already surrounded by so much love, we feel absolutely blessed and cannot wait to be parents!"
Meanwhile, this is just the cherry on top of a big year for the couple, who tied the knot in February.
Casey called it her dream wedding as she celebrated in front of family and close friends at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, Calif.
"Last night was the most magical, incredible, most emotional night of my life!!! I became Mrs. Casey Beau Brown and I get to spend the rest of my life with the most amazing man who ever walked this earth," the bride shared on Instagram the following day (also revealing her dress). "I'm so happy, so in love, and so overwhelmed with emotion just thinking about how beautiful the rest of our lives are going to be together."
