President Barack Obama is rounding out his last summer in the White House continuing with a tradition he's been carrying out for years now—sharing his summer playlist.
And this year's mashup may just be the best one yet!
The 44th president of the United States took to Twitter to share his favorite summertime tunes, organizing his favorites by daytime and nighttime appropriateness and asking followers what they listen to during the hottest months of the year.
For summer 2016, the perennially cool playlist includes the sounds of Prince, the Beach Boys and Janelle Monáe.
With a lineup this dynamic, we think this father of two might want to start his own musical festival after he bids farewell to the White House.
Been waiting to drop this: summer playlist, the encore. What's everybody listening to? pic.twitter.com/mqh1YVrycj

Coachella, watch out.
The array of artists who made it on Obama's "best of" list also includes Jay Z, Courtney Barnett, Aretha Franklin, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Leon Bridges, Corinne Bailey Rae, Billie Holiday, Chance the Rapper, Janet Jackson and Anthony Hamilton.
The 55-year-old also recently proved once again that he can carry a tune with the best of them after singing an emotional "Happy Birthday" for his daughter Malia for her 18th birthday--that day he once again became everyone's dad.
To see how President Obama's musical tastes have changed over the years, see which summer songs he was cranking back in 2013 and then the ones he picked just last year.
