When Matt LeBlanc's new comedy Man With a Plan premieres on CBS this fall, it'll be joining a Monday night line-up that includes former Friends co-star Matthew Perry's The Odd Couple, giving fans of the beloved NBC series a reunion of sorts.

And that might be the only sort of reunion we'll get. LeBlanc shot down the possibility of a crossover between the two series during the show's panel at the TCA summer press tour, telling reporters, "I've been asked that quite a bit. Not to my knowledge." (Don't shoot the messenger!)

However, that doesn't mean the pair aren't reuniting up a storm behind the scenes on the shared studio lot where both shows film. Friends forever, right?

"Saw him yesterday. One stage away. He's good," LeBlanc revealed as the room erupted in laughter over the nonchalant way he divulged the information. "I love that guy. What do you want me to say? I love that guy. I love all five of them. We spent a lot of time together."

It may have been 12 years since Friends went off the air, but as LeBlanc tells it, the connection between the former co-stars is so tight that when they do come together, it never feels as though any time as passed. "I could not see him for five years, and then put me in a room with him and it would be like I saw him yesterday," he said. "We [still] have this shorthand with on another. It's amazing. Ten years in a  building with no windows and the door locked, we got to know each other pretty well."

Fun fact for Friends fans: LeBlanc and Perry aren't the only Friends stars on CBS. Perry's The Odd Couple co-star Thomas Lennon was also on Friends, appearing in the two-part 1999 episode "The One in Vegas," as an employee at Caesar's Palace who Joey felt was his identical hand twin. "That's right. Tom Lennon. He's awesome. Tom's a good guy too," LeBlanc told reporters following the panel after the connection was made. "I never worked with Tom other than that, but I like Tom. He's a nice guy."

Man With a Plan premieres Monday, Oct. 24 at 8:30 p.m. on CBS.
