Tyga could go to jail.

The rapper was supposed to show up to court Tuesday morning, but decided not to attend. The hearing with his landlord was supposed to be about his ongoing eviction case, but because Tyga didn't attend the hearing, the judge issued a bench warrant, E! News confirms.

Attorney's for Tyga's landlord filed court documents, obtained by E! News, that say he agreed to pay $16,000 per month for the plaintiff's house. Three months after moving in, Tyga stopped paying rent and the landlord attempted to have the "Molly" rapper evicted. According to the court documents, Tyga abandoned the house "sometime prior" to Oct. 31, 2012. After Tyga moved out, the landlord discovered that he had inflicted major damages on the home, including tearing off the automatic gate opener and damaging bathroom tiles. The cost of the damages is about $480,285, but according to the documents, Tyga hasn't paid.

But the "Make It Nasty" musician recently purchased a Mercedes-Maybach for girlfriend Kylie Jenner, which upset Tyga's landlord because he still owes money on the house he rented. The cost of the luxury car was $189,000. Tyga has been in legal hot water before, having been evicted from his home and getting his car repossessed. Today's hearing was meant to address questions about Tyga's financial standing, but because of a lien on his property and the fact that he didn't show up to court, "a lien was created...including any property gifted to a third-party, to be applied toward satisfaction of the $480,285.00 worth of debt." In other words, Kylie's Maybach could be taken away.

E! News has reached out for comment.

Earlier this year reports claimed Tyga owed his girlfriend $2 million because he had been using her cash flow to fund his personal expenses, but the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star publicly negated the rumors even after they had broken up. "Lies lies lies," she tweeted at the time. Tyga never publicly addressed the hearsay.
