Lily Tomlin will receive her most prestigious honor yet at next year's Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The actress—who's earned multiple Emmys, two Tonys, and a Grammy—has been named the 53rd recipient of the SAG Life Achievement Award for her onscreen achievements across a decades-spanning career. Tomlin will accept the award on Jan. 29, 2017 when the SAG Awards takes over the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

Lily found her breakout role in the early 1970s' variety show Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, before later taking her comedic talents to the big screen and stage with a number of iconic characters.

In honor of the 76-year-old's milestone accomplishment, we've compiled her top (and our favorite) five roles she's starred in—no easy feat when it comes to Tomlin's illustrious career!

Universal Pictures

5. All of Me:

Opposite Steve Martin in this 1984 fantasy flick, Tomlin stars as an ailing millionaire whose soul accidentally gets transferred into her lawyer's body (played by Martin) upon her death and, naturally, mayhem ensues.

Steve and Lily earn comedic gold as they attempt to navigate the perils of cohabitating a single body, with her character gaining control over the right side of his body and he the opposite. Last year, Deadline reported that a television series based on All of Me was in the works at NBC. Body switching for the win!

Netflix

4. Grace and Frankie:

Lily gained a whole new audience of fans when she took her acting prowess to the world of Netflix alongside Jane Fonda. Opposites attract in this ongoing series about a pair of unlikely friends tasked with rebuilding their personal lives after their husbands announce their plans to wed.

While speaking to Elle earlier this year, Tomlin said the importance of tackling aging on TV was based on, "The discounting of older women," adding, "It's not funny. But it's all this stuff about women having to start over. Having the rug pulled out from under them. We finally get around to finding a way to levitate ourselves, rather than fall on our behinds."

Tomlin's performance as Frankie garnered her two nominations for an Emmy Award in 2015 and 2016.

Paramount Pictures

3. Nashville:

Lily made her feature film debut in this 1974 musical dramedy masterpiece that follows the star as a gospel singer raising two deaf children while having an affair with a country music star. Even amid an all-star cast that included Jeff GoldblumGeraldine Chaplin, Shelley Duvall and more, Tomlin's versatility as a crossover actress earned her great respect in the industry.

As a result, she earned Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations for Best Supporting Actress that year.

20TH CENTURY FOX

2. Nine to Five:

It would almost be criminal not to include Tomlin's role in the 1980 comedy classic that brought the delightfully unstoppable trio that was Tomlin, Fonda and Dolly Parton to audiences. In the film, Tomlin pays an office secretary who teams up with her female co-stars to take down their evil boss. Girl power at its finest!

Plus, Tomlin's Snow White-themed fantasy about how she'd get her revenge on Mr. Hart is not to be missed.

Sony Pictures Classics

1. Grandma:

Tomlin earned rave reviews for her appearance in the 2015 drama, which featured the award-winner in her first titular movie role in more than 25 years. Lily is absolutely stunning as she tells the story of Elle, a lesbian poet grieving the loss of her long-time partner and recent split from a much younger lover.

Lily's character is reunited with her troubled granddaughter, and the two embark on a road trip to discover themselves once more. At the Golden Globes that same year, Tomlin earned a Best Actress nomination for her performance.

Congratulations, Lily!
