As we know by now, Rihanna and Drake have rekindled their off-and-on romance yet again, and we can't help but admit that these two have been pretty adorable together lately.

But aside from their constant concert appearances, the late nights out together overseas, the Instagram love and their history, these two refuse to take things the extra mile and actually make their relationship official.

Yes, people, we're talking about labels. We know Drizzy loves RiRi (and has loved her for years), but he has yet been able to call the Barbados beauty his girlfriend and now we have a little bit of insight as to why that is.

As you may have guessed, it's Rihanna who's pumping the brakes when it comes to titles. "Rihanna and Drake are hanging out a bit more lately. Rihanna loves Drake, but is still not ready to put a title on them," a source tells E! News exclusively.

The insider continues, "Drake would make her his girlfriend in a second if he could. It's more on Rihanna, though. They both care about each other and are having a good time spending time with each other. Drake has expressed to Rihanna that he only wants to date her and only her, but she wants to take day by day this time around."

Regardless, the source adds that, "Things are great though and their connection is really strong. Things are progressing nicely."

Despite their busy schedules and the fact that both are on tour, Drake and Rihanna still manage to make it work. Drizzy has made numerous appearances during Rih's Anti tour, and this week, Rihanna repaid the favor during Drake's OVO Fest performance in Toronto. Yes, the singer flew from Paris to Canada to support her beau, and then jet to Sweden for her tour. That's love.

"He still loves her and never stopped," an insider shared with us when news broke that the pair was dating again. "They are having fun spending time with each other. Their music together got them close again."

While fans may want the twosome to put a title on it, Drake already told Rihanna on "Take Care" back in 2011 that if she came back, they'd "change the pace and just go slow," so really, he's just keeping his word, and we have to accept that.
