The reality star has long been the center of did-she, didn't-she plastic surgery speculation, and time and time again Zolciak has maintained her own version of the truth. The Don't Be Tardy matriarch recently traveled to Los Angeles for a family vacation, and on their return home to Atlanta, Kim's 19-year-old daughter Brielle Biermann asked her mom to set the record straight.
In the TMZ video, which parodies the paparazzi's often invasive tactics at LAX, Brielle asks her mom the real reason behind their West Coast trip. "I went to Dr. Kassabian. I got some Botox," Zolciak-Biermann replies in a matter of fact tone.
When Brielle implores further, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum clarifies, "I haven't done plastic surgery. I got fillers in my lips and Botox."
"I don't mind talking about it. I fly [to L.A.] just for that sometimes, for Dr. Kassabian," Kim adds, referring to the Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon.
The 38-year-old's latest revelation is far from the first confession she's made about enhancing her looks. She told E! News back in May, "I had a boob job and I've had a hernia fixed," but ensured any rumors about a complete face lift and nose job were simply that.
"I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so, but I'm open about it. I don't care. You only go around one time, and I especially understand that. And life is very short, so there's no reason for me to lie," Zolciak-Biermann explained at the time.
