Ready for Game of Thrones new spinoff, Game of Thrones in Hell?
Before you get your hopes up, no, that's not a real spinoff coming to HBO. At least not yet. But it is an idea for a new show that E! News came up with with star Iwan Rheon when we chatted with him at Comic-Con. And yes, he would be starring in it, as arguably the show's most hated character ever, Ramsay Bolton. His co-star? Jack Gleeson as King Joffrey, the show's other character in the running for Westeros' most-hated. Talk about a match made in hell, right?
But what would happen if Joffrey and Ramsay were ever to face off?
"I don't think Joffrey would last very long, I'm afraid," Rheon said. "Because Ramsay can actually do the business, not just talk the talk, that's the thing!"
Since he was introduced, Ramsay quickly became one of the show's most iconic villains, with fans cheering on his death in "Battle of the Bastards" in season six, which fittingly came at the mouths of his hounds.
"I was just realistic about it," Rheon said of the hate his character inspired within the fanbase. "Of course, everyone was going to hate him, he's horrible. But it's kind of nice the way people really sort of enjoyed hating him. Everyone wanted him dead, but what I've heard the response has been is 'now we're going to miss him and we're sad to see you go,' which is really nice."
