Rita Ora better have perfected her smize, because she's officially filling the shoes of Tyra Banks as the new host of America's Next Top Model.

Banks, who will continue to executive produce the series, announced the new host and judging panel to USA Today after weeks of speculation. Singer/actress Ora will be joined by a new panel of judges, including supermodel Ashley Graham, stylist Law Roach and Paper magazine chief creative officer Drew Elliott.

Although Banks is mainly involved behind-the-scenes now, she'll still make "a couple of appearances" on the show, she said.

"I thought we were done with the brand," Banks told USA Today. "But the fact that the brand still has viability, and that VH1 really truly sees a strong future with it, how could I say no to that?"

Ora, who just finished filming her first elimination, explained her goal as new host. "The approach I wanted to have as a host and judge to the girls is what my career stands for at this moment in time, which is being a businesswoman and being able to do multiple things at the same time," she said, "whether it's music or shooting (magazine covers) and being in movies and designing clothes."

VH1 and Logo president Chris McCarthy said that he was never searching for a Tyra Banks replacement, but to "really infuse the panel with style, fashion and pop culture experts. Together they collectively have the power of what is driving fashion and pop culture today."

ANTM is currently filming a new 14-episode season (featuring all female models) in New York and will debut on VH1 in the future.
