E!Tuesday's episode of Botched was packed with "extremely complex" surgeries!
On the show, doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow met with patient Lauren whose previous doctor "chopped" her breasts. After telling a doctor about her back and shoulder problems, Lauren was advised to have a breast reduction. But during surgery, the doctor took her boobs from a size F to a size A and left her with "nothing" on her chest.
So how did the doctors fix her breasts?

1. Candy Had 2500cc Implants Put in Her Boobs & "Instantly Regretted It":
After her first breast surgery, Candy started receiving a lot of "attention" and "job offers" so she then had a second breast surgery which took her from 420cc implants to 1200cc implants.
That's when Candy realized the larger she went with her breasts "the more money" she could make from them. So she then went from her 1200cc implants to 2500cc implants!

2. Dana Admits She "Felt Pressured" By Her Mother to Get a Nose Job:
When Dana was 16 she had a nose job after feeling "pressured" by her mom, but she admits that there was "really nothing wrong" with it.
After surgery Dana woke up and her nose was pointed to the right, but her previous doctor told her to "give it some time" and it will "heal."
21 years later Dana's nose still looks the same and she has "sinus infections" as a result of the botched surgery.
The doctors then examine Dana and Dr. Nassif tells her that they'll be able to make her nose "a lot better" than it is currently.
3. Lauren Had a Breast Reduction & Was Left With "Nothing" on Her Chest:
After experiencing problems with her back and shoulders, Lauren was advised by a doctor to have a breast reduction. But the doctor took Lauren's size F boobs and left her with "nothing."
"He just chopped them off?" Dr. Dubrow asks Lauren in the video above.
Lauren tells the doctors that her previous doctor took her boobs from a size F to a size A because "he felt that it matched my body."
"I have no clue what the doctor was thinking!" Dr. Nassif says.
When the doctors examine Lauren, Dr. Dubrow tells her he thinks he can give her "good looking breasts."
4. Dr. Nassif Finds ''the Culprit" in Dana's Nasal Obstruction:
During Dana's nose surgery, Dr. Nassif is able to identify "the culprit" in her nasal obstruction.
"One of the best feelings, you're in the middle of a surgery and then you find the culprit and in Dana's nasal obstruction there was this big giant spur which is made out of bone which is obstructing one of her airways," Dr. Nassif explains. "And then when you take it out and you go, 'I got you!' It is such a good feeling."
While the surgery was "more complex" than Dr. Nassif thought, he's able to clear Dana's airways and is able to get her nose "95% straighter."
5. Dr. Dubrow Is Able to "Lower Lauren's Nipples" Into Their "Proper Position":
After receiving a botched breast reduction from her previous doctor, Lauren's nipples need to be lowered and put back in place.
"I've done all I can do now to lower Lauren's nipples into their proper position," Dr. Dubrow says. "It's time now to remove the dog ears to maximize the shape of Lauren's breasts."
At the end of the surgery Dr. Dubrow says, "The nipples are very even, the curves below the breasts are very tight. Perfect, I think we can close this and she'll be really happy with this."
He even says that the results are "amazing."
6. Candy Isn't Ready to Reduce the Size of Her Boobs "That Small" Just Yet:
Candy's ultimate goal is to "downsize" her boobs, but she's not quite ready to reduce her chest down to the size that the Botched doctors advise her to just yet.
When the doctors examine Candy, Dr. Dubrow tells her, "What I think you should consider is to take them down to a reasonable size and immediately do a lift on them."
"Yeah that's something I've tried to avoid all the time," Candy admits. "At this time I wouldn't be able to go that small."
She continues, "I know that I'm not gonna keep them forever but at the moment I don't want to go down that small, it's not something I'm willing to do with my career."
7. Lauren Is Ready to "Meet Someone" After Her Surgery:
Lauren has shied away from relationships because of her breasts, but after surgery she's feeling more confident in her appearance.
She even says that she's ready to "meet someone" and show her "breasts off."

8. Dana Is Starting a "New Chapter" After Having Her Nose Fixed:
21 years after having botched nose surgery, Dana has her "original nose back" and she feels "relief."
"I feel like a new chapter of my life is beginning," Dana tells her family when she meets up with them after surgery.
