The Hills hottie, who relocated to New York City as well as her own spinoff, has a pal with a questionable relative. Socialite Olivia Palermo, with whom Port "works" at Diane Von Furstenberg, was seen in Monday's episode with her cousin James "Nevan" Donahue. During their conversation, Donahue, 26, complained about receiving a $100 fine for spitting on the subway.
Turns out, this isn't the loogie launcher's first trangression—he's wanted for seeking sex in West Palm Beach.
Donahue "was arrested on Feb. 26, 2007, for a prostitution charge," Joseph Abreau, spokesman for the West Palm Beach Clerk's Office, tells E! News.
The police report describes the offense as "solicitation for prostitution," and alleges that he attempted to exchange OxyContin for oral sex.
In August, when the art dealer's son violated his probation by ignoring his required 75 hours of community service, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
"He was supposed to do community service hours and he didn't complete them, or never began them," Abreau says.
A spokesperson for MTV says, “We decline to comment on the arrest but we love Nevan and what he brings to the show."
