Miley Cyrus Makes Her "Love" for Liam Hemsworth Instagram Official With Doggone Cute Photo

Miley Cyrus has taken her relationship with Liam Hemsworth to social media. 

In a rare move for the notoriously private couple, the "Wrecking Ball" singer couldn't help but share a photo of her leading man lounging alongside the same pooch that she actually helped Liam adopt back in November 2015 when the pair were merely amicable exes. 

"So much love in one pic....," Cyrus captioned the snapshot that also included a shout out to her Happy Hippie Foundation, which the Aussie actor proudly repped on his T-shirt. 

While neither has confirmed their plans to wed, sources told E! News their once ill-fated engagement was back on after initially splitting in 2013. Since then Cyrus and Hemsworth have stepped out looking more in love than ever, with the 23-year-old often sporting a gorgeous diamond bauble on her ring finger.

Speaking of romance, another Hemsworth brother celebrated his own love on Sunday with a swoon-worthy tribute to his wife Elsa Pataky on her 39th birthday. 

Chris Hemsworth wrote on Instagram: "Happy birthday to the worlds best wife, greatest mum and all round stunning human!! Love you loads and thanks for letting me help blow out the candles."

The Thor star and his Spanish beauty wed in 2010 and share three young children together. Miley has been welcomed with open arms into Liam's sister-in-law's brood. Earlier this year, Elsa and Miley made their familial status permanent with matching tattoos of a small wave illustration.
