We'd want Kristen Stewart at our table any day.
The actress was most delightful while taking the E!Q in 42 this week during a chat about her latest film, Café Society, Woody Allen's new comedy about romance, the movie business and trying to not get ruined by either in 1930s-era Hollywood.
The film, in theaters Friday, reunites Stewart with Adventureland and American Ultra co-star Jesse Eisenberg, whose new-to-the-biz assistant Bobby takes a liking to Stewart's Vonnie, the secretary of his power-agent uncle, played by Steve Carell.
Knowing the crowd involved, sounds like an opportunity for all sorts of fabulously hyper-literate dynamics.
And Café Society isn't the only project Stewart's been out promoting. She has the indie sci-fi romance Equals, co-starring Nicholas Hoult, coming to theaters July 22 (you can also see it now on DirecTV), and expect to see much more of the star when the ghostly tale Personal Shopper (one of two movies Stewart had premiering at the Cannes Film Festival in May) comes out this fall.
