You can tell a lot about someone from the bun they choose to wear.

Whether you mean to or not, you've perfected somewhat of a signature, throw-up-and-go hairstyle. Not to get too hair horoscope-y on you, but it definitely says a lot about your personality. The three major types of buns are the messy kind, the tight kind and the intricate kind—one of which you'll inevitably relate to the most.

Keep scrolling to find out which one that is. You might just learn something about yourself.

The Messy Bun

If you're like Karlie Kloss, your bun is always on the messier side. It's perfectly imperfect and that's the way you like it. You're the type of person who switches up your hairstyle mid-day. It probably started down, but as your busy day progressed you threw it up on the fly and, without any effort whatsoever, it looks great. Change is something you greet with open arms because it actually excites you. If every day looked and felt the same, you'd be unmotivated and bored, so it's important for you to keep everything feeling fresh. No hairstyle or day will ever be identical to the last.

The Tight Bun

S/O to all you Bella Hadids with your sleek and tight go-to buns. Quality over quantity is your motto. You're a sophisticated minimalist who isn't messing around when it comes to style. Basics are what you know and love (you're not into flashy or frilly pieces) and you agree that a good neutral goes a long way. Most of the time, you've got an edge to you that no one can quite nail down. Style tip: If you're not already experimenting with menswear, it'll suit you well.

The Intricate Bun

If you're the Elle Fanning type, detailed buns are your forte. You make even the hardest tasks look effortless, but what no one gets to see is just how hard you actually worked for it. You know exactly who you are and what you want—you're a little more polished and professional than most. Chances are you have an image to maintain and that's why you intentionally always look pulled together. Impulsive decisions are foreign to you—you make sure to weigh all outcomes before coming to a conclusion and because of it you always come out on top.
