Teresa Giudice made her return to The Real Housewives of New Jersey and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Cameras were there as Teresa, who spent nearly a year in federal prison on fraud charges, returned home to greet husband Joe Giudice and daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana. As emotional as it was for viewers to see, imagine what it was like for Teresa to relive.

"Watching this episode wasn't easy. It made me cry. Seeing Joe and my daughters waiting for me while I drove home with [attorney] Jim brought back a lot of tough memories," she wrote in her blog. "It was surreal to watch. I had waited for that moment for 11 and a half months and felt like it was a dream. I still do.

"I have to admit I broke down when I watched Joe and the girls hug and kiss me when I walked through the door. It was such an emotional moment. One I will never forget," she wrote. "I'm just so happy to be back home with my babies, where I belong."

The episode featured the Giudices getting ready for Teresa's return as her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga prepared for the holidays.

"It also made me emotional to see how excited Joey and Melissa were for me to come home," she wrote. "Things with them are better than ever, I have to say, which makes me so happy. I feel like things are back to the way they were with them, thank God."

During the episode, Teresa sent notes to Melissa and returning cast member Jacqueline Laurita from prison. Viewers were also introduced to new cast members Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania.
