Pretty Little...Murderers?

Things took a serious turn for the "oh s--t" last week in Rosewood as Pretty Little Liars' most recent jerk was killed in a hit-and-run by the girls themselves, and now they've got some burying to do.

With so many secrets to keep, the last thing the girls need is meddling from Mona (Janel Parrish), who still sort of teeters between being trustworthy and not so trustworthy, but that's exactly what they get in the July 12 episode of the Freeform hit.

In "Hit and Run, Run, Run," as Hanna (Ashley Benson), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), Aria (Lucy Hale), and Emily (Shay Mitchell) are attempting to cover up having hit Dr. Rollins (Huw Collins) with Hanna's car (while, as usual, dealing with their messy personal relationships), Mona decides she needs to intervene. Whether she's helping or hurting, that's yet to be seen, but in these exclusive pictures from the episode, it almost looks like she might be doing something helpful.

Elliott's death was just the first of what executive producer Marlene King called the biggest body count of any season ever, though we can't say we'll miss him all that much. We definitely won't miss him mentally and emotionally abusing his wife, and we absolutely will never miss those creepy masks he seemed to have a fondness for.

Of course, on this show, it's very likely that Dr. Rollins isn't really dead, but you never can tell, can you?

As for how many deaths fans can expect this season, King revealed to us, "Three or four people will die, maybe more!" And no one is safe...not even the PLLs. "That's the scary thing about the show coming to an end, I'm like, 'Am I up for grabs?!'" Troian Bellisario said, while Lucy Hale admitted she would be OK with Aria dying. "Anything could happen. I'd be willing to die," she said. "We've been going for seven years, I would feel comfortable being killed off at this point."
