SnapchatHarry Styles is moving upwards and onwards from his One Direction image!
The once shaggy-haired boy-bander cut his famous hair for charity back in May (#RIPHarrysHair). A few weeks later, we got a better look of his clean-cut 'do on the set of his new movie, and now, thanks to big sis Gemma Styles, we're able to get yet another glimpse at Harry's lopped-off locks.
As you can see from the grab above, Harry looks a bit perplexed, but it's not because of his hairline. Instead, the 22-year-old born-and-raised Brit seems to be perplexed at having mistakenly worn a blue shirt with white stars (reminiscent of the American flag) on the Fourth of July. Gemma comically captioned Harry's thoughts for him, writing, "Independence Day shirt....? No...? Did I...?"
Yes, Harry, it looks like you did. If only he'd had tight skinny pants to match! Instead, it looks as if the teen idol is still in his trademark skinny black jeans, so maybe that shirt really was just a happy coincidence rather than Harry's feeling festive over America's birthday.
So what's next for this short-haired fella? He's still filming Dunkirk, Christopher Nolan's World War II action-drama film, and just last month E! News confirmed he signed a solo contract with Columbia Records, the same label behind One Direction.
Harry's transition into acting is meant to complement his career as a solo artist, a source explained E! News. "He considers himself to be on a different path to the other boys," said an insider. "He certainly has hopes of doing solo stuff, branching out on his own, and so this might be the natural juncture in which to do that."
