The 41-year-old Spice Girls singer and America's Got Talent judge showcased some seriously chiseled abs in a patterned strapless bikini while vacationing in Ibiza Sunday. She was spotted soaking up the sun on a yacht and also went paddleboarding. Mel B was joined by husband Stephen Belafonte.
Mel B revealed on her Instagram page Saturday that she has been working out in a gym in Ibiza and had lost almost 30 pounds over the past few months.
"I've worked soooo hard for this body," she said. "Trust me it didn't come easy...it takes a lot of dedication control dissapline and will power cos it isn't fun been the only girl at the party not drinking and the only one waking up at the crack of dawn to workout [sic]."
She said that a few months ago, she was "nearly 30 pounds heavier" and had given herself a "mission "to change and be the best version of myself inside and out."
The singer had showcased a fuller figure while vacationing with her husband in the Turks & Caicos islands in February.
"I'm not perfect but all I can do is try," she wrote. "That's all we can do, but the hard work is paying of finally...I feel amazing and it's only getting better so ladies if your going threw it or have been threw it give yourself a big pat on the back coz it's all you and no one NO ONE can ever take your inner strength away from you [sic]."
Mel B and Belafonte have often been spotted on vacation together in various parts of the world. They have been married since 2007 and share a daughter. Mel B also has two daughters from previous relationships. No children were spotted with her and her husband on their recent vacation.
She and fellow America's Got Talent judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum have several more weeks of vacation left before the live shows begin July 26.
