Only a couple of days after viewers got to listen to Rihanna's song "Sledgehammer" from the Star Trek Beyond soundtrack, the famous R&B artist has shared the full single and its accompanying music video.

The cosmic project is, quite literally, out of this world. Rihanna stands on an unidentified planet, dressed in a flowing orangey-red ensemble. With part of her hair pulled into a vertical ponytail and symbols painted onto her face, Rihanna perfectly fits into the Star Trek world, and even seems to channel cast member Zoe Saldana.

The scenery is nothing but gorgeous, out-of-space imagery, featuring purple and starry skies. But when RiRi begins to belt out the chorus, battleships fly overhead and viewers might realize that all is not well on the songstress' red planet.

The video ends with a close up of the U.S.S. Enterprise flying through space toward Rihanna, or is she pulling the ship into her presence? It could go either way. But one thing that's clear is that Rihanna got her wish of feeling like the only girl in the world.
