Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Hank Baskett Reflect on Their ''Ups and Downs'' in Loving Anniversary Posts

Couple celebrate seven years together

It's no secret that Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Hank Baskett have had their fair share of marital troubles, but today, they're celebrating their willingness and strength to make it through the dark times together.

Each of the stars took to their Instagram pages to share loving tributes to one another to commemorate their 7th wedding anniversary, and neither one shied away from the fact that they'd experienced some seriously rocky waters in their relationship, but praised the way they came out of it.

Posting a photo of herself with Hank posing by the water, Kendra wrote, "On our anniversary today I'm just thinking how far we've come. I remember playin a love trivia game at a lovers resort in the Poconos and they asked how long have you been married? Everyone was like 30years, they look at us n we laugh so hard n yell dating 7 months. Now it's 7 years, just like that."

She continued, "We've been through ups n downs but getting through those down and surviving them the way we did is rare these days. Our ups I can say is our strength. We are always up. LOL. I'm so proud of us and what we stand for. Our kids will believe in love and forgiveness because of us showing them it's possible. I love you @hank_baskett forever n ever...amen!! Happy 7 year anniversary @hank_baskett."

Hank also participated in the social media lovefest, sharing a precious slideshow of photos that illustrated various stages of their relationship—from the very beginning of their courtship, to the proposal, to married life.

The athlete wrote, "7 years....7 years of ups and downs, tears of joy and sadness. Through the good, the bad and the ugly. We sit here today after 7 years still going strong with our love growing by the day."

Hank continued, "In the beginning we promised to take on the world together, knowing that together we could make it through anything. I wake up everyday & thank the man upstairs for putting @kendra_wilkinson_baskett in my life. I don't know where I'd be without her but I know as long as I'm with her that's exactly where I want to be!  Happy Anniversary baby! I love you with all my heart!"
