Watch: Ellen DeGeneres Spills on Trump and Clinton

Ellen DeGeneres may be a big Hillary Clinton supporter, but that doesn't mean Donald Trump has been banned from her show.

"I don't know if we've formally asked him," DeGeneres told E! News' Will Marfuggi yesterday while she was promoting Finding Dory, the sequel to her 2003 box office hit Finding Nemo. "I mean, he's welcome to come if he wants to come on. I don't think I see that happening. I don't know that he would do that. But I wouldn't say no if he wanted to be on."

Trump has been a guest on her show five times, but never during his run for the White House. His last appearance was in 2007.

Shortly after Clinton became the first female presumptive candidate for a major political party on Tuesday, DeGeneres tweeted, "I've never been prouder to have a woman card. @HillaryClinton."

A week earlier, the former secretary of state was a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where Saturday Night Live's Kate McKinnon surprised them both with her impersonations of each.

Bernie Sanders was on the show in October.

No surprise, but DeGeneres said she expects Clinton to make a return visit.

Finding Dory is in theaters on June 17.
